The product
GetNoSite Leads sells non-exclusive lists of local businesses filtered by niche and location. “No website” means we found no standalone site at the time of review; it is not a guarantee that the business never had one or will not create one.
Data availability
Phone numbers, emails and other fields depend on publicly available business information. We do not guarantee that every record includes every field, or that each detail stays current after the review date.
Delivery and adjustments
Delivery is typically completed within minutes of payment. If there are not enough businesses for the requested combination, we will propose widening the area, adjusting the niche or refunding the undeliverable portion.
Refunds
Before delivery you can request a cancellation through Contact if work has not started. After delivery we will review duplicates, corrupted files or records that do not match the order and replace them where appropriate. Commercial conversion is not guaranteed.
Responsible use
The buyer is responsible for complying with applicable privacy, data protection, telecommunications and anti-spam laws. Using the lists for deception, harassment, discrimination, indiscriminate bulk messaging or illegal activity is not permitted. You must identify yourself, reach out with relevance and offer a clear way to stop receiving messages.
Limitation
The service is delivered on the basis of publicly available information and does not replace the buyer's own verification. Total liability for an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
